Table for two: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie finally get some alone time with a romantic meal in Paris

Date night: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie look happy as they leave the Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris last night

With busy careers and six children to take care of, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie don't get much time for romance.

But the couple left the nannies to take care of their large brood as they enjoyed a rare night out for just the two of them in Paris last night.

The good-looking pair headed out to dinner at the Michelin-starred Guy Savoy restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of the French capital.

Angelina, 35, opted for her signature black in a leather panelled top, while Brad, 46, was also in black.

In a recent interview with Vogue, the actress admitted most of her wardrobe was black for practical reasons.

She said: 'As Brad’ll tell you - and my kids - apparently Mommy only wears black.
'I like to get up so every pair of pants goes with every top, every dress goes with every shoe. I’ve a very tiny closet.

'Brad’s always laughing at me. Some days, yes, I have the nightgown that looks like a dress that I can sleep in and pick the kids up at school.'

Matching: Both Brad and Angelina opted for all-black ensembles for their romantic meal

After enjoying an intimate meal, the pair were surrounded by paparazzi as they headed back to the suite at the five-star Meurice Hotel.

Since arriving in City of Lights last week, the couple have been spent most of their time with their children, including marking middle son Pax's seventh birthday on Monday.

Brad has also been promoting his latest film Megamind, which features the actor as the voice of Metro Man - the arch-enemy of the animated movie's hero.

Given the opportunity for a rare evening off, the couple appeared to be revelling in their time out.

Merci beaucoup: World renowned chef Guy Savoy (left) personally showed the couple to the door after dining at his eponymous restaurant

Last year, Angelina admitted the couple struggled to find time for them to be alone.
She said: 'Mummy and daddy need to try to figure out more time; we’re working on it. Right now, we’re not great about mummy-and-daddy time.'

Since the couple started dating in 2005, there has been little chance for romance.
Angelina was already a single mother to Cambodian-born Maddox - and adopted Ethiopian daughter Zahara Marley soon after.

The family expanded their brood to include biological daughter Shiloh in 2006, adopted Vietnamese Pax in 2007 and Angelina gave birth to twins Knox and Vivienne in 2008.

Where's the White Witch when you need her? Chronicles Of Narnia stars Georgie Henley and Anna Popplewell brave the snow for Voyage Of The Dawn Treader

Braving the cold: Georgie Henley and Anna Popplewell (right) ignored the snow as they arrived at the premiere of The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader

It might have been one of the coldest nights of the year so far in London, but that didn't stop The Chronicles Of Narnia stars Georgie Henley and Anna Popplewell braving the cold for the premiere of The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader.

Henley, 15, wore a pretty brown lace dress for the occasion, while 21-year-old Popplewell went for a more revealing outfit in a low-cut strapless black outfit.

And despite the snow continuously falling on London's Leicester Square, where the Royal Film Screening was held, the girls shunned big coats and scarves to ensure they looked as glamorous as possible.

Is it cold? Guests wait anxiously to get into the cinema to watch the film as they stand on the red carpet

While Henley, who has already been tipped as 'the next Emma Watson', might only be 15, she has already starred as Lucy Pevensie in three films in the franchise.

But she and Anna, who plays Lucy's big sister Susan in the films, had some red carpet competition from X Factor contestant Rebecca Ferguson, who maintained her vintage style in an unusual eggshell blue dress coat, which she teamed with a sparkly bag and silver heels.

Matt Cardle and One Direction, who, with Rebecca, made it through to the show's semi-final this weekend, looked dapper in their outfits as they posed for photographers on the red carpet.

Braving the cold: The girls managed big smiles for the cameras despite the bitterly cold evening

Another famous X Factor face at the event was last year's winner Joe McElderry, who sings on the soundtrack for the film.

Asked recently how he got involved in the film and who invited him to sing single There's A Place For Us, McElderry said: 'I got approached by Fox to do it and asked if I would sing this song, and I was absolutely honoured and I was like, "Definitely".'

The film, directed by Michael Apted, features Henley, from Ilkley, Yorkshire, and Skandar Keynes, 19, who plays Edmund Pevensie.

Henley and Keynes first joined the Narnia adventure when they were just seven and 12 respectively, but now their journeys come to an end as Voyage of the Dawn Treader is the last book in which they feature.

In the film, they return to the mythical world of Narnia with their cousin Eustace, played by 17-year-old Londoner Will Poulter.

They are transported to Narnia's Eastern Sea, and are rescued by their old comrade King Caspian - formerly Prince Caspian, played by Ben Barnes - aboard the Dawn Treader.

Looking dapper: One Direction (left to right), Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik looked smart in suits and ties

It took 21 weeks and $2.7million (£1.7million) to build a life-size version of the ship - which was not even seaworthy.

The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader also features Liam Neeson, who reads the voice of Aslan, and Simon Pegg as the voice of warrior mouse Reepicheep.

However, while Henley has been compared to Harry Potter star Watson, she says she's not sure how true the comparison is.

Glamorous girls: Anna Popplewell who plays Lucy's sister Susan and Australian actress Laura Brent (right) who appears as Lilliandil went for full-length glamour

She said: 'I take It as a compliment because she is so smart, but I don’t think I could front a Burberry campaign or anything like that.

'I don’t think modelling is something I could do because I like food too much! I had an Asian platter for two the other day and I finished it all myself. It was so yummy.'

Ben Barnes, who plays Prince Caspian, said he was disappointed to have missed the chance to meet the Queen because of his commitments he made to perform the stage version of Sebastian Faulks's novel Birdsong directed by Sir Trevor Nunn,

Cast and crew: The cast and crew pose up outside the premiere for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader

He said: 'We didn't know that it would be a royal premiere so I arranged to come to this and then nip back before anyone missed me.

'Then the Queen decided to come so I'm devastated about that, but the theatre will be full of people who would be disappointed if didn't go.'

Director Apted said he hoped the Queen would enjoy the performance. He said: 'I'm only sitting two seats away from her so I hope she likes it. I think she will.

What an honour: Henley watches as a smiling Liam Neeson greets the Queen after the film

Smiles all round: Anna Popplewell and Will Poulter shake hands with the monarch, who wore a pretty blue dress

'I think it's for everybody. It's a very emotional film and I think people like that. I'm sure she'll be kind to it anyway.'

After the screening, the cast and crew waited to meet the Queen and Prince Philip.

A smiling Neeson said afterwards: 'I'm told the Queen doesn't see many movies, nor her husband, but they're coming tonight and that's pretty special.'

rapped up warm: Queen Elizabeth wore a long charcoal wrap over her royal blue embellished dress

The Royal Film Performance is the major fundraising event of the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund (CBTF).

The Queen is patron of the charity, which supports film and TV employees and their families in times of hardship.

Actor and writer Julian Fellowes, who welcomed the Queen to the cinema, said: 'The support of the Queen for the CTBF is fantastically important. It keeps the whole profile of the organisation in front.'

The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader is released on 9th December.

Black tie: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt arrive in warm clothes for the Paris premiere of his new animated film Megamind

It's one of the most romantic cities in the world.

And judging by tonight, Paris has rubbed off on Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

The couple appeared smitten with each other as they appeared at the premiere of Brad's latest film Megamind in the French capital.

Sealed with a kiss: Brad and Angelina get cosy in the French capital

The couple arrived warmly dressed in black to keep out the Parisian cold, with Angelina sporting a velvet trouser suit and sparkling top.

Brad, who provides the voice of Metroman in the animated film, wore leather trousers and a dark grey suit jacket.

They appeared smitten on the blue carpet, with Brad at one point planting a kiss on a delighted Angelina's cheek and holding hands.

Brad also wrapped his arm around his partner as they chatted to the film's star Will Ferrell.

'They were like any other family,' the balloon's operator told People.'There was nothing out of the ordinary to tell you about them which made them any different from any other family.'

He added that the 'charming' couple had a 20 minute ride with the children who were 'excited but well-behaved. What I think they wanted was a little moment of peace.'

What would Dumbledore say? Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson grow up with passionate topless kissing scene

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiQewgyuI2wendofvid

By SARAH FITZMAURICE

Raunchy: Daniel Radcliffe with co-star Emma Watson's dream scene involved a topless kiss during filming

The film broke an incredible five UK box office records in its opening week, taking in £18.3million in sales.

And while Harry Potter has clearly lost none of its magic, but it has got a whole lot sexier.

The latest film Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 includes a raunchy dream scene which sees Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry, and Emma Watson (Hermione), sharing a passionate topless kiss.

Hazy: The blurred scene shows Harry (left) being kissed violently by Hermione

And while the blue dream scene conceals the 20-year-old Ivy League student's modesty, it is still very suggestive.

The short scene shows Hermione played by Watson vigorously kissing Harry in a fiery embrace with her hand cupping his chin, before moving it down his arm.

It comes as Ron attempts to destroy one of Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes (pieces of his soul).

But, in an attempt to distract Ron from his aim of destroying the Horcrux, Voldemort torments the teenager by the image of Harry and Hermione kissing - playing on the jealousy Ron has been feeling about his friends' relationship.

Getting all the action: Daniel Radcliffe also kissed actress Bonnie Wright

Emma revealed recently she felt unprepared for the scene, because she was only told at the last minute she would be shooting it topless.

She said: 'It was only the day before that they said, 'Oh, by the way we hope it's all right, but we want you to be topless, and we're going to cover you in silver paint'.

She also told The Sun the kiss was 'like some weird social experiment' and labelled it 'awkward'.

Sinister: The latest instalment in the Harry Potter franchise is the darkest so far, and features some disturbing scenes

But her co-star Daniel had a different opinion of their on-screen kiss, telling Daybreak's Kate Garraway: 'It was incredible, I was not expecting that.'

He added: 'Suddenly there was this vigorous kissing happening to me - she's a bit of an animal!'

Daniel had his fair share of kissing during filming, he also puckered up with actress Bonnie Wright, who plays the wizard's on-off girlfriend Ginny.

The final film in the franchise Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is due for cinema release next summer.

Harry Potter still has the magic touch as Deathly Hallows smashes UK box office records on bewitching opening weekend

Good job! Cast members Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton pose at the New York premiere of Deathly Hallows earlier this month

He's not called The Chosen One for nothing.

Harry Potter has proved that he's lost none of his magic appeal as the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 smashed an incredible five UK box office records in its opening weekend to take in £18.3 million in sales.

It also achieved its best opening day in the history of the franchise in America, conjuring up $61.2 million at the US box office.

The film, starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, broke its own previous record from 2005's The Goblet of Fire, and that of current record holder Quantum of Solace, whose £15.3 million opening weekend was easily eclipsed.

It broke the records for biggest three day opening weekend, biggest single day and biggest Friday, Saturday and Sundays individually.

The series already holds the all time franchise box office record with a collective worldwide gross of more than £5.4 million in sales.

Danger: Harry Potter and the gang will face danger and adventure in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1

'The opening of this film has become an extraordinary worldwide event,' Josh Berger, President and Managing Director of Warner Bros. Entertainment UK, said in a statement.

The achievement comes despite a substantial amount of footage from the film being leaked online last week before its opening day.

An inquiry was launched by Warner Bros, who confirmed that it is investigating how 36 minutes of the film found its way on to the Internet on Tuesday night.

The studio said in a statement that they were working to remove all copies of the footage which was made available via file sharing sites.

Fast paced: The new film, which has taken £18.3 million so far in the UK, is action-packed

Dark: The closing chapter in the series will see Harry go head to head with his nemesis Lord Voldermort

'A portion of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1' was stolen and illegally posted on the internet,' the company said.

'This constitutes a serious breach of copyright violation and theft of Warner Bros. property. We are working actively to restrict and/or remove copies that may be available.

'Also, we are vigorously investigating this matter and will prosecute those involved to the full extent of the law.'

In the new film, Lord Voldemort and his evil henchmen have taken control of the wizarding world and Harry is in constant danger.

Harry, Hermione and Ron leave Hogwarts behind them to go out into the world and find and destroy horcruxes, items in which Voldemort has hidden pieces of his soul.

The film focuses on the close friendship between the three main characters, particularly on the budding romance between Hermione and Ron.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is due out in July.

Sitting on top of the world! Is that Tom Cruise performing a death-defying stunt on the planet's highest skyscraper?

Mission insane: Tom Cruise sits on the top of the highest tower in the world in Dubai as he filmed Mission Impossible IV in Dubai yesterday

He's well-known for doing all his own stunts, no matter how dangerous they are.

But action hero Tom Cruise may have gone to new heights both literally and figuratively yesterday during a scene for Mission Impossible IV in Dubai.

A figure was clearly perched on top of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper in Dubai, which stands at 2,717 feet - and judging by his adrenaline junkie behaviour, it's very likely to be Cruise.

Cool as a cucumber: Cruise performs another hair-raising stunt perched barefoot at the very top of the Burj Khalifa

The last action hero: The Hollywood movie star is filming at the Burj Khalifa, which stands 2,717 feet tall

Reprising his Ethan Hunt superspy role, just a few days ago Cruise was running around the windows below the tower's Observation Deck, 124 floors above the ground during a chase scene.

At a press conference last week, Cruise informed attendees that he would be 'spending many days [and] many hours on the side of this building. I can't give details, but I will be up there.'

The actor's spokeswoman says: 'Tom has been preparing for the stunt for some time. He believes if he performs the stunts himself, the audience believes more in his character.'

Stuntman: Tom does his own stunts, no matter how dangerous they are

Cruise apparently relived his Days of Thunder glory recently on a night out.

The actor took 75 of his Mission Impossible crew and castmates, including British actor Simon Pegg and Jeremy Renner, out go-karting at the Dubai Kartdrome.

And he even used his character's name from the 1990 race car film.

A source says: 'Cruise used the name Cole Trickle, his character from Days as his moniker during the outing.'

Generous Cruise also treated the whole group to burgers and fries.

Meanwhile wife Katie Holmes is home in the U.S. with daughter Suri, filming new movie Jack and Jill with Adam Sandler.

The film tells the story of Jack who is forced to deal with his twin sister, Jill, when she visits for Thanksgiving, but then won't leave.

Katie plays Jack's wife in the movie, which also stars Al Pacino and Christie Brinkley.

She has also been filming a television movie about former American president John F. Kennedy and his wife Jackie alongside Greg Kinnear.

Harry Potter's magical miscellany: Daniel Radcliffe's lacy bra, Robbie Coltrane's body double and Spielberg's biggest mistake ...

Seven secrets

The penultimate Harry Potter movie — The Deathly Hallows, Part 1 — opens today and, with one million tickets pre-sold in the UK, it is expected to be the year's biggest box office hit.

To mark the occasion, super fan David Thomas opens his own chamber of secrets to bring you his spellbinding trivia, with everything you ever wanted to know about the world’s most famous wizard...

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows ...

1 Is the first Harry Potter film in which Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is not seen at all.

2 Became the first two-part Harry Potter film, as the scriptwriter Steve Kloves found it impossible to fit all the elements of the book into a single story.

3 Required Daniel Radcliffe to impersonate six actors as their characters took a Polyjuice Potion, which made them look like Harry Potter. The scene — which took three days and 100 takes to shoot — ends with seven Harry Potters in the same room, at the same time, all played by Radcliffe.

Chase: Hagrid and Harry escape the Death Eaters

4 Features a chase between evil Death Eaters and the motorbike and sidecar containing Hagrid and Harry, which was filmed in the Dartford and Mersey Tunnels in East London and Liverpool.

5 Brought traffic to a standstill in London’s Piccadilly Circus when a scene was shot there. Although filming took place before dawn, hundreds of Potter fans turned up.

6 At one point in the film, Harry, Ron and Hermione end up in a London diner. On the wall is a poster from Equus: the play in which Daniel Radcliffe starred as stable boy Alan — a role that required full nudity.

7 Ends at a cottage made of shells, on a beach in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The cottage was held down by water bottles, weighing several tons each, to stop it blowing away.

Wizard locations

Where to find your favourite Potter places

Many of the scenes from the Harry Potter books are filmed on location in Britain, with real buildings and landscapes standing in for magical fictional ones. For example...

Hogwarts School, the centrepiece of Harry’s life, is comprised of the exterior of Alnwick Castle, Northumberland; the cloisters of New College, Oxford; and interiors from Harrow School, Durham Cathedral, Gloucester Cathedral, Lacock Abbey (Wiltshire), the Bodleian Library and Christ Church College, Oxford.

Privet Drive, the street where Harry’s awful foster family the Dursleys live, is shot in the leafy suburb of Martins Heron, near Bracknell, Berkshire. The area is also the location of many Tesco TV ads.

Malfoy Manor: the home of Harry’s enemies the Malfoys, which features in The Deathly Hallows, was inspired by and partly shot at Hardwick Hall, a Tudor mansion near Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Gringotts Bank, the financial heart of wizardry, is actually Australia House in The Strand, London.

Diagon Alley — the shopping street where Harry buys his wizard supplies — is Leadenhall Market in the City of London.

The Forbidden Forest, the dangerous territory near Hogwarts School, is actually the delightful woodland of Ashridge, near Berkhamsted, Hertfordhshire.

One other place dear to the hearts of all Potter fans is... the Buffet King all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant in Edinburgh, which used to be Nicholson’s CafĂ©, where a near-penniless J K Rowling wrote a lot of the early Potter stories.

Not so wizard: Harry Potter studio fuming after footage from Deathly Hallows finds its way on to the Internet

Stolen magic: Warner Bros are investigating how Harry Potter's latest outing came to be online

An inquiry has been launched after footage from the new Harry Potter film, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1, was leaked online.

Warner Bros, who produces the blockbuster franchise, has confirmed that it is investigating how 36 minutes of the film, which is released in cinemas on Friday, found its way on to the Internet on Tuesday night.

The studio said in a statement that they were working to remove all copies of the footage which was made available via file sharing sites.

Not a stunt: industry insiders have dismissed claims the leak was a deliberate ploy to gain publicity

Industry insiders have dismissed suggestions that the leak may have been a deliberate tactic in order to generate more media coverage for Potter's latest adventure.

'It's not as if the film needs more publicity,' one source told the Mirror.
It is not the first time that this has happened to a blockbuster film ahead of its release date.

The magic's back: the stars of the Harry Potter franchise attended the world premiere in London last week

In 2009, a full-length copy of X-Men Origins: Wolverine was leaked on to the Internet a month before it was due in cinemas.

However, it made no difference to the success of the film, which made nearly $90m in the US alone in its first weekend on release.

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part I is the penultimate screen outing for JK Rowling's boy wizard, played by Daniel Radcliffe.

It is based on the first half of the final book in the best-selling series, with part 2 - which brings the saga to a close - due for cinema release next summer.

The film had its world premiere in London last week, with massive crowds turning out to catch a glimpse of Radcliffe, and co-stars Rupert Grint and Emma Watson on the red carpet.

'Being skinny is not sustainable and not enjoyable,' says Anne Hathaway

White hot: Anne Hathaway attends a screening of her new film Love and Other Drugs in New York

As she took to the red carpet last night in a white pinafore dress, a radiant Anne Hathaway looked completely comfortable in her own skin.

But the 28-year-old, who attended a screening in New York for her latest film Love and Other Drugs with Jake Gyllenhaal, has revealed she often felt pressure to diet and even surgically enhance her looks.

Hathaway, who first came to the world's attention in The Princess Diaries, admits it has taken her years to accept the way she looks.

'My identity used to be shaped on my appearance so much,' she said in an interview with the UK edition of Elle Magazine. 'I don't think I was shallow – I just think I was young.

'I focus on other things a lot more now.

'I've hit the point in my life where I understand that being skinny is not sustainable, and nor is it advisable, and nor is it enjoyable,' she said.

Cute co-stars: Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal star opposite each other in Love and Other Drugs

Hathaway says that she was offered Botox injections when she was only 23 but refused them because she didn't want to 'erase' who she is.

'From the age of 25 to 27 – and this is a little embarrassing to admit – I looked under my eyes every single day, because I thought, "It's going, it's going, it's going!"

'And then I realised the other day they're not wrinkles; they're smile lines. If you look at pictures of me from a young age, I've been smiling the same way since I was little.

'And I had that wonderful moment when you realise, "That's who I am." Botox would erase that.'

Love and Other Drugs follows the story of a pharmaceutical salesman played by Jake Gyllenhaal who meets his match in Hathaway's character, an alluring free spirit who won’t let anyone tie her down.

The film opens in the US tomorrow.
